Terms and Conditions:
1. Zelle and cash app is the only form of payment that is accepted and is due upfront weekly or monthly before services are provided.
2. Payments can be made to:

3. At the end of each quarter or upon request- progress, communication, and child’s portfolio are discussed with caregiver and child** (optional).
4. Services will start strictly being at the agreed time; instructors may arrive 5-15 minutes early to set up. We have to be considerate due to services being rendered to other families as well, we will have to adhere to our strict schedule.
5. Families are always open to ask questions and communicate regarding our tutoring services and what is preferred and required.
6. Families can reach out to Grasping Abundant Life Tutoring admin (not subcontractor) at any time before 7 pm on weekdays only for additional assistance, questions, and communication regarding tutoring services.
7. Receipts or invoices of services will be given upon request.
8. Active referrals will receive a one-time $10.00 off your next service.
9. Mileage charge may be applied depending on location.
10. Reoccurring tutoring services can receive lower rates.
11. Caregivers must sign and complete our questionnaire and caregiver/student profile.
12. Rates are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
13. Agreeing to services means that you have accepted terms and conditions.
14. We ask that caregivers keep tutoring space organized, clean, and sanitized before arrival with essential and sanitizing supplies accompanied during the session for further use.
15. We ask caregivers to make efforts to have students seated in a well-lit, organized, and quiet space with minimal noise during sessions.
16. Signing this contract states that you will be committed to times and dates of agreed tutor services, absolute cancellation is prohibited. Client or Tutor is REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE FOR A NEW TIME AND DATE IF INITIAL CANCELLATION OF SERVICE OCCURS. If sessions begin late due to child's behavior or parent's inconvenience, time of session will still be counted towards paid service.
17. Signing this contract states that you strictly adhere to discussion, regarding any and every payment arrangement/rates with administrative staff of Grasping Abundant Life Tutoring SOLELY.
18. Signing this contract states that you are prohibited from discussing any and every payment arrangement/rates with dispatched educators from Grasping Abundant Life Tutoring.
19. We ask that caregivers have students wear a mask during sessions.
20. Upon discussion of services, caregivers are responsible to inform our admin/tutor if supplies will be needed or will be provided by them to plan and organize tutoring sessions.
21. We also accept other forms of payment via cash app, with the validity of providing proof/copy of ID or license with written/ signed agreement of payment for services.
22. We will have our attorney(s) investigate and file legal proceedings if services that were rendered/agreed upon are disputed illegally in any way including friendly chargebacks; violating terms and conditions.
23. We will have our attorney(s) investigate and file legal proceedings if the client was found to violate terms and conditions.
24. Any missed appointments will be the client/educator’s responsibility to discuss, update, and inform to reschedule services. Any cancellation of services shall be reported to the tutor at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellation is solely permitted for emergency or unfortunate circumstances.
25. Students must take 5-10 min breaks for every hour booked to refresh their minds.
26. Clients shall provide a safe environment for our tutors, any danger, harm, risky, or suspicious behavior will be reported to authorities.
27. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your assigned tutor, please contact admin. Switching your tutor is also an option that we provide.
28. Weekly and monthly pre-payment plans are available as an option for clients.
29. Contracts must be signed and completed before services are rendered.
30. Upon receipts, parents must reimburse tutors/ educators for educational supplies that will be utilized during tutoring services.
31. Policies and procedures can update anytime at companies sole discretion.

33. Grasping Abundant Life Tutoring Safety Measures: COVID-19 negative results will be provided upon request.
34. We also sanitize all our educational supplies.
35. We request that the working area be sanitized upon arrival either by tutor or caregiver.
